Walk-ins
We want clients of True Animal Vet to always have access to quality veterinary care. We will always accept walk-ins and will strive to see clients as quickly as possible given the schedule and patient load on any given day. Feel free to call us to discuss if you’re worried about walking in – but you shouldn’t be, come on in! We also have an outdoor fenced-in sitting area if your pet gets anxious while waiting.
Drop-offs
True Animal Vet offers concierge drop-off service for free to our clients. We want you to be able to access care with even the busiest of personal schedules. Or, if you want to drop off and enjoy a bite to eat at The Kitchen or a massage at Hand & Stone, we’ve got you covered, too. Simply select “drop-off” when booking your pet’s appointment via online booking. When you arrive at True Animal Vet, give reception a call at the number provided and we’ll be out to assist you and take your pet in.
Once your pet’s exam is completed, we will call you to discuss the findings and make any recommendations, if necessary. When your pet is ready for pick-up, we will call you and let you know.
